IMPORTANT - Please read before making a reservation

1. Our price range for one way trip is between 50$ and 150$ depending on pickup and drop off. When you book online with us we will send you a price quote, if accepted you will be invited to pay online.
2. All rides must be booked and paid in advance via our website.
3. At this stage we can only transport small and mid-size pets. The max size of pet cage (crates) we can transport is: Height: 90cm, Width: 92cm, Depth: 70cm.
4. Round trip may include charges for wait time. The first 20min are free, after that we will charge you 5$ for each 15min of waiting time, paid direcly to the driver.
5. If upon making an online reservation request you don't hear from us in the next 6 hours this might mean we did not receive your booking. Please call us. info@pets-vets.net
